We're very excited to release this beer, a beer we've planned for and held onto for a few extra days until it balanced out and became the beer it was intended to be.
Magical Clouds is a beautifully soft and easy drinking American Pale Ale. We made this beer with two amazing hops: 'Nelson Sauvin' from New Zealand & 'Citra' from the Pacific Northwest. The Nelson hops bring with it a smooth bittering quality of rich, fruity, gooseberry-like white-wine flavors while Citra adds the bite of citrus, grapefruit and lime. We then added some Lactose to help blend these two opposite hops into a sweeter, milker beer that carries a well balanced APA, enjoy you will!
