Our best beer to date in our humble love of lager opinion! A golden unfiltered 'true to style' Czech Pale Lager, brewed with Saaz & Polaris Hops for a ever so slight spiciness to what would otherwise be a very clean finish. Lagered for 34 days using Pilsner Urquell yeast. Booom!
7 Line Amber
'7 Line Amber' an American Amber brewed for that game day beer! Toasted Chocolate wrapped caramel malty goodness with a well balanced hop addition of Cascade & Citra Hops.
Queens Blvd IPA, the Queens Beer! A double IPA that's as diverse as its namesake. With notes of juicy citrus, papaya, and red grapefruit, it sits at 8% ABV & hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria hops.
American Blonde Ale, a smooth and easy drinking nod to our Sunnyside neighborhood

Chaos /w Blackberries
Building on our base Gose recipe, we brewed this Gose with 50% of the grain bill being malted wheat then added 440lbs of Blackberries during fermentation. Dominant flavors of Blackberries, but also include a delicate lemon sourness, a herbal characteristic, and saltiness from Hawaiian sea salt.

Draw Down The Moon
It carries amazing drinkability plus chocolate, coffee, caramel notes & a present briny & saltiness from the oysters. It has a light to medium body, jet black with a brown creamy head. Visit Cornell oysters in Southold, NY and pair with their oysters!
'Crypt', This stout was double mashed brewed 12 months ago and has been resting ever since in bourbon barrels with Anchio peppers & Cinnamon. Tasting notes of a silky smooth espresso, hot pepper without the bite & silky German chocolate
Hazy IPA brewed with Cashmere, El Dorado and Simcoe hops
Abacaxi (aba-cax-si) is a DIPA and has an ABV of 8.3%. Brewed with BRU-1, Nelson Sauvin & Amarillo Hops. A very hazy & juicy IPA with Pineapple flavors bursting and balanced by a substantial Malt & Oat bill. Very drinkable IPA regardless of abv.
New England style IPA brewed with Sabro cryo and Idaho 7 hops

Stout - Imperial
They Mostly Come at Night...Mostly is an 8.6% Imperial Stout, brewed with crushed red peppers, cinnamon & Sigmunds Pretzels. An intensely-flavored imperial stout with a nice spicy kick to it thanks to the crushed red pepper, it's present but not over powering by any means. The cinnamon adds a nice subtle spicy sweetness that and a few boxes of the amazing Sigmunds Pretzels rounds out the beer to a tasty treat. Enjoy, but be careful!
