Another fashionably late entry to our beer calendar but its coming no matter this month. Each year we do a different version of 'One Love', last year we brewed a lager so this year we cranked it up a notch or two to help with current events and the result: an 8% DIPA!
We done a test batch of this at the brewpub (the 1st rule of fight club) and it quickly became a staff favorite so we really hope you enjoy too.
One Love IPA: A West coast style DIPA, packed with Amarillo, El Dorado, Simcoe & Zeus hops for an amazing melody of pear, watermelon, pine & citrus flavors with a zesty funky hop kick
