La Rascasse (Bottled Conditioned)
Mixed Culture Ale
La Rascasse is a mixed culture ale and the second in our Saisonnaire series. Fermented with a trifling of blackberries & raspberries in our egg foudre then it rested for four months before being moved into bottles and conditioned for an additional four months.
